The Customer Connection Company is a customer follow up company focused in the RV, Marine and Manufactured Home industry. We have been located in Kennesaw, Georgia since 1999. Our program was designed to maximize the percentage of customers contacted while minimizing the dealer’s administrative work. Once collected, this information is compiled into a useful monthly management report. The reports track employee performance, your advertising dollars, your dealership CSI rating and it also builds a useful customer database.
